This weekend coming up seems to be one of those (often occuring) san francisco weekends with lots of opportunities for all of the above. And luckily I will be up in SF to enjoy it! :D And now I'm off to google 'sjambock' .......

I know it is a good weekend when sitting down is painful. When someone lightly touching my shoulder is painful. When I can't sleep because I can't find a comfortable position to lie in. Ways these owies were acquired? Punching, biting, canes, hemp rope, pinching/squeezing, and some good old fashion sjambock action. Hell yeah.
