the massive bruise on my arm is yellowing and it makes me sad because it will be gone soon.
the deep bruises i have on my legs and ass are deep blue and purple, i can remember the moments i received them and i love the intensity of the color. i remember when they were nothing but huge welts with teeth marks....
i have another bruise/hickey combo that is rainbow colored and very interesting... i can't help but peek at it constantly.
what is your favorite color of bruise?
what texture is your favorite?
do you poke at them to try to make them last longer?

Wed, February 16, 2005 - 8:38 PMI love them when they're purple in the middle and start to turn green around the edges. I don't think I've ever really realized the texture thing... and yeah, I poke them. not necessarily to make them last longer, but more because then I can feel them again!

Tue, September 25, 2007 - 6:05 PMI love them right at the end , just before they go away, when they are a muddy murky blue/black/purple with tinges of yellow and green still slightly visible. But it also makes me sad to lose His marks upon my skin.
Texture, definatley right after application, swollen, welted.
And no, I leave them alone exept to press them from time to time and feel them again. I like them to run their course naturaly. My gift.

I love looking at them and running my hands over them. I, too, get really sad as I watch them fade away. I have a newfound love for google search. I didn't realize how many others felt the same way.
